This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Unique Career Jobs through our website uniquecareerjobs.com. By making a payment, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

2. Nature of Services

Our services include job assistance, counselling, profile review, document support and other digital consultation services. Once initiated, these services are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Payment was made, but the order did not get created due to a technical issue.
  • You were charged twice for the same service.
  • The service was not started at all from our end.

4. Cancellation By Customer

  • Cancellation requests must be sent from your registered email.
  • If service has not started, partial refund may be considered after deduction of processing fees.
  • Once service starts, no cancellation or refund is allowed.

5. Cancellation By Company

If Unique Career Jobs cancels a service due to technical or operational reasons, we may offer an alternative service or a refund depending on the situation.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund will be processed only to the original payment method.
  • Time required: 14 working days (depending on bank/provider).
  • Customer must provide valid transaction proof.

7. Chargebacks

For any issue, please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Unnecessary disputes may lead to service suspension.
